The work
Built directly, start to finish
Every project NSB Contracting takes on is planned and carried out by Nico personally — no subcontracted crews, no middlemen.
NSB Contracting is a newly established company — Nico brings years of hands-on experience in roofing, high-rise construction, and demolition, and is now building a documented project history here from the ground up. No stock photos, no stand-ins: this page stays empty until there are real jobs to show.
Step 1
Free walkthrough & estimate
Nico looks at the job in person and gives you a clear, no-pressure price.
Step 2
A scope you can read
What's being done, what it costs, and when — in writing, before work starts.
Step 3
Nico does the work
The person who quoted the job is the one on site running it, start to finish.
Step 4
Documented when it's done
Finished jobs get photographed and added here as the project history grows.
