Who this notice covers
This notice explains how NSB Contracting ("NSB", "we", "us") handles information collected through this website, including our contact details and any estimate requests you submit.
Information we collect
When you submit an estimate request, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your project address or community
- Details about your project, timeline, and budget range
- Any photographs you choose to upload of current conditions or inspiration
- Your preferred contact method and permission to call or text
We do not collect payment information, government identification, or sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
Information submitted through the estimate form is used only to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and — if you choose to move forward — to plan and complete the project. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Uploaded photographs
Photos you upload are used only to understand and estimate your project. They are not published publicly without your separate, explicit permission (for example, if we ask to feature a completed project in the gallery).
Retention and deletion
We keep estimate requests and related photos only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or complete an agreed project. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us directly using the details on our Contact page.
Third-party services
This website is hosted on Vercel. Estimate form submissions, once configured, are delivered using an email service provider (Resend). Website content may be managed through Sanity, a content management platform. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own marketing purposes.
Analytics
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics are added in the future, they will remain disabled until you make an active choice to allow them, and this notice will be updated accordingly.
